What do we do?

New Estate Consultancy Ltd is a UK based company that specialises in Bulgarian properties. We provide a wide spectrum of investment opportunities including: country houses and villas, urban apartments, coastal and ski apartments as well as commercial properties and land. In particular, we focus on ‘off plan’ developments in the most popular areas of Bulgaria, namely; Golden Sands, Albena, Bansko, Pamporovo, Varna, Bourgas and Sofia. We do not believe in cold calling or hard sales, we are a genuine firm of professionals who passionately believe that Bulgaria can offer profitability to all who contact us. We are very proud that without exception every customer who has invested through us has made and never lost money.

How are we structured?

The company consists of four partners and twelve staff, a blend of both British and Bulgarian all with significant experience in the property market. This way we conquer cultural, legal and communicational barriers and with a direct presence throughout Bulgaria we use our staff to source all of our properties straight from the vendors or the developers. Unlike so many we don’t represent another agency’s portfolio on a commission basis. This direct access to the properties makes us better informed, quicker and more accurate. More importantly for you it means we are less expensive as it cuts out the commission and potential confusion caused by middle-men.

Who are we?

Many agencies in this market are only mobile phone numbers and websites, we however are considerably more substantial as we have three offices; London, Sofia and Varna and operate under one umbrella, so you just deal with one British Limited company whom you can come and see at anytime. In addition, we are running a 15 million Euro development ‘Vantage Heights’ which we has been created, designed and brought to market by us.

How do we operate?

Whilst our teams across Bulgaria constantly scour the country for the best investments we regularly fly out our UK team to view the properties first hand. We believe it is key to know how the finishing’s feel, how many steps it is the beach or how far it is from the ski run to your door. Likewise, our Bulgarian teams regularly come to the UK for exhibitions and get exposure to the full British culture and thus develop a better understanding of what our clients want and why. Without this knowledge we risk becoming the same as our competition.

Our clients range from individuals seeking to buy holiday homes to serial investors and professional developers. It does not matter if you want to invest 5,000 or 500,000 we are in a position to offer you sound advice and hassle free viewing trips.

Meet the Team

Tony Vidolov

Director of Sofia Operations

Tony runs our Sofia operations and covers the nearby ski resorts of Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo. Having lived in London he speaks perfect English but also has exceptional knowledge of the ski market.

George Ivanov

Director of Varna Operations

George is from Varna and as such has suburb local knowledge. He runs our Varna team from our flagship office just two minutes walk from the beach and in the centre of town. He is a British part-qualified CIMA Accountant and spent five years enjoying London living.

Christophe Gater

UK Director

Christophe is British and as such runs our London office and the UK operation. He deals primarily with investors, clients, marketing and sales. He can be found somewhere in Bulgaria on a monthly basis.

Gorian Varbanov

Development Director

Gorian is from Elhovo and spent six years in the UK. He now spends his time split between all of our offices and looks after the development side of our business; he deals with everything from the local authorities to architects and building contractors.

Alexandre Gater

Senior Consultant

Alexandre will be your first port of call should you contact us. He is a lynchpin in our UK operation and will only offer you his honest opinion. Having made all of his clients money this is a man well worth speaking to.
